Carer’s Lifting Solutions Dealer Meeting in the Netherlands
Two days of discussion, exchange, activities and practice: this is the way Carer Lifting Solutions hosted the German dealers for a moment fully dedicated to Carer Deutschland's sales network.
The Carer Lifting Solutions’s dealer meeting - the official Carer importer for Central and Eastern Europe - was a crucial moment, and for several reasons. Held in Gemert, in the Dutch province of Brabant, it allowed Carer Lifting Solutions to personally interact with the dealers from the German market, in a two-day event entirely focused on the world of Carer, on the sharing of expertise and, last but not least, also on networking and team-building moments.
Carer Lifting Solutions has recently established its new headquarter right in Gemert. This is part of a strategy that aims to make distribution even more capillary in attractive markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Austria, Hungary and Poland. An ambitious business development strategy culminating in an increase in workforce volumes as well: several new resources are involved in the newly inaugurated headquarters, which were also presented to German dealers at the meeting with the goal to optimize internal relations and communication.
A Two-Day Program
The meeting was held in the last weeks of October and organized in a two-day program, featuring the most varied activities. During day one, Carer brand and its core business was the absolute protagonist, with the presentation of models, commercial novelties and additional services. A full-immersion session, enabling total expertise for Carer Deutschland's dealers, both on the product and its boundless applications and on business opportunities. After a day of talks, exchanges and presentations, there was room for networking too: participants gathered for a dinner that was a valuable opportunity for discussion and interaction. The spontaneous sharing of best practices and customer management tips is often known to make the difference. The German dealers, gathered around the table, used this valuable opportunity to share their experiences. A big surprise at the end of the first day was the indoor electric motocross session: an opportunity to recharge the batteries after an intense day of confrontation, with the power of full electric thrill.
All the power of Carer on the job
Boosted by a highly engaging first day, the dealers ventured with the day two program, including, unlike the previous one, two trips to analyse two different kinds of applications: the paper industry and the cement production sector. Participants were able to see such trucks as the Z 70, the F 80 HD, the Z 80-900 H and the A 80/1100 X in action. The latter operates with a custom implementation: a double cement block clamp, tailored specifically on this application. Two stages that provided, in an intuitive and experiential way, an overview of the great potential of Carer forklifts, allowing the attendees to develop a concrete and useful idea to structure the winning business approach at a later stage
