Carer Worldwide: Carer Lifting Soultions and the Central-Northern Europe

Launching "Carer Worldwide", the editorial column that gives a voice to the global network of importers and dealers of the leading Italian brand in the electric forklift market. This first episode focuses on the partnership with Carer Lifting Solutions, the importer for Central-Northern Europe.

Carer Lifting Solutions started in 2004, as part of the Peinemann Mobilift Group, as dealer for the Netherlands. In 2010 launched a new partnership with Carer Italy and set up Carer Deutschland GmbH, being responsible for sales and aftersales together with local dealers. At this moment in time, the company is responsible for 6 markets: the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. In the premises in Gemert (NL) Carer Lifting Solutions provides its dealers with spare parts delivery, demo and used units, product support and sales advise.

Spare parts are available out of stock and the company is able to ship overnight to our dealers and customers. If dealers need training or assistance, two product support colleagues can also assist on location. Futhermore, two sales managers are active in the field to assist dealers and customers with advise about product solutions.

The north-european importer operates in all industries where an enviromental friendly solution is required like the paper, metal, wood, heavy machinery moving and harbour applications. Each application has its own requirements, like paper industry, needing compact machines with high residual capacity, paperollclamps, high driving and lifting speeds and a minimum of an one shift operation on a battery pack. For each industry Carer offers a suitable model, differences in voltage/power, seat height, outer dimensions and many different options like foundry options (high heat levels).

The Made in Italy as an added value and great collaborations

The partnership started in 2004 when a Dutch customers required a compact 4 ton machine with high seat position. After this project many have followed with renowned customers like Volkswagen, Tata Steel, Bavaria Beer. At this moment in time, Carer Lifting Solutions is delivering heavy electrical machines for the Rotterdam port and concrete industry. The “Made in Italy” brand ads value to the business cases, due to creative product solutions from the factory and dedication from the Carer staff. Every customer expresses their admiration of the factory and becomes an ambassador for the Carer brand. The future objective is to enlarge the customer base through developing up market forklift trucks that can pass the test of time in all applications.
