Carer B 80/900 HD: 52 kW of electric lifting power, 8-tonne capacity at a 900 mm load centre
Among the highlights of Carer’s presence at the event, the B 80/900 HD forklift offered a concrete example of what electric forklifts can deliver. With 52 kW of electric lifting power, a rated capacity of 8 tonnes and a 900 mm load centre, the model is designed for demanding applications, combining lifting speeds of up to 0.5 m/s unladen, acceleration, manoeuvrability and low-maintenance AC motors, also suited to humid and dusty environments.
The B 80/900 HD belongs to the B HD series, which includes electric forklifts with capacities from 6 to 12 tonnes, designed to meet a wide range of industrial operating requirements. Electric traction, combined with Carer technology, offers an alternative to forklifts with conventional engines, with features such as low noise levels and systems designed to boost efficiency and keep maintenance to a minimum.
From the B HD series to the AX series: the full strength of Carer heavy-duty electric forklifts, up to 20 tonnes
Alongside the B HD series, the AX series extends Carer’s offering for high-capacity electric handling. The range includes the A 70-120 X, with capacities from 7 to 12 tonnes, and the A 140-200 X, reaching up to 20 tonnes, in different configurations depending on capacity and load centre.
Designed for the most demanding industrial applications, the AX series embodies Carer’s approach to innovation and to the electrification of high-capacity handling. Two AC traction motors controlled by inverter electronics, together with regenerative braking, contribute to the forklifts’ operating efficiency.
