Carer's 2024: Twelve Months of Teamwork and Achievements
A year of successes comes to a close, leaving a lasting mark on Carer’s decades-long history: achievements to celebrate with a global team capable of acting as one unified entity.
The end of the year is a time to pause, reflect, raise questions, and seek meaningful answers.
And if we were to ask, “What words best capture Carer’s 2024?”, the answer would undoubtedly be “Teamwork”—the driving force behind pursuing ambitions, achieving goals, and embracing visions, even in the face of challenges and complexities.
Carer’s global structure has proven to be a tremendous asset in this regard. Specialization, continuous innovation, and the unmistakable hallmark of "Made in Italy" have not only elevated the company to global prominence in terms of business volume but also shaped its team into an extraordinary force. This year, Carer's exceptional human resources have further strengthened the brand's presence in international markets, fueled by passion, precision, and a strong sense of purpose.
This network, made up of professionals who are also real people, highlights the ever-crucial human factor. It is a team that excels not only during training sessions but also in stepping back from work to enjoy moments of networking and team building. Such was the case in September during the Carer Deutschland dealer meeting, which brought together 45 participants from September 30th to October 1st.
A Team, Forever: In Success and Adversity
A two-day event to mark on the calendar as one of the highlights of our best-of-the-year moments, precisely because it coincided with yet another adverse weather event: a flood of rain and mud that struck Emilia-Romagna, still recovering from a similar catastrophe. The Carer team did not let it stop them—just as in 2023.
In just 72 hours, the 7,000 m² facility affected by water and mud was cleaned up, thanks to a collective effort involving suppliers, partners, and Carer’s sister company, the Italian firm Unicar.
