Carer wins the 2025 TCE Award for Customer Care

An award recognizing service excellence and a strong, customer-focused approach. Carer is among the winners of the 2025 TCE Awards, receiving the Customer Care Award, a category dedicated to forklift brands that customers can consistently rely on and that stand out for having a highly responsive sales and service network. This recognition confirms Carer’s excellence not only in terms of product quality and technological innovation, but above all in its ability to deliver reliable service and continuous customer support, both before and after the sale.

Now in their fourth edition, the TCE Awards are one of the leading events for the logistics, lifting and cleaning sectors, celebrating companies that distinguish themselves through quality, reliability and long-term value creation. The 2025 edition recorded a 23% increase in voter participation, further strengthening the award’s credibility and its relevance within the industry.
